The definition, however, is not that straightforward. Other sex researchers have defined premature ejaculation as occurring if the man ejaculates within two minutes or less of penetration. A survey conducted by Doctor Alfred Kinsey in the 1950s demonstrated that three quarters of men ejaculated within two minutes of penetration in over half of their sexual encounters. Today, most sex therapists understand premature ejaculation as occurring when a lack of ejaculatory control interferes with sexual or emotional well-being in one or both partners. There are approximately 4,000 persons living in Savannah, Georgia who have been clinically diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. There is one organization committed to taking a stand against the epidemic.

Usually, when men fail to function well, they are quick to blame their female counterparts for their sexual problems. But according to Dr Tom Wamala, a general practitioner, men suffer several sexual dysfunctions which might affect a couple’s sexual health.
These problems are caused by two main factors categorised as either physical or psychological. “Some of the physical factors are diabetes, heart disease, hormonal imbalances, chronic diseases like kidney or liver failure, and alcoholism or drug abuse. The Sedgwick County Health Department is currently investigating a syphilis outbreak. Twenty-four syphilis cases were reported to the state from the Sedgwick County area for 2008.
During 2007, there were only three cases of syphilis in Sedgwick County. A total of 53 syphilis cases were reported statewide last year.

China is stepping up bird flu precautions on fears that the virus could spread more quickly in cold weather and as families gather for Lunar New Year feasts that often include poultry. Four new cases of the illness — two fatal — have been reported this month.
